When exorcist Hiyakawa and his assistant, Mikado, discover the remains of a curse at a murder scene, the only clue they have to the caster’s identity is the name “Erika Hiura.” Later, while investigating an incident at a girls’ school, they finally come face-to-face with their mysterious quarry. Although Hiyakawa is stunned to find that Erika is just a high-school student, he’s even more disturbed by the instant, powerful attraction felt between Erika and Mikado—a bond he’s determined to break, at any cost.

I love love love this one. Things are heating up, and suspense is great. Would love to see more romance in the future. Possessive mysterious characters with a psychotic streak are my favorites.:)

@schumie Thank you! The big boss lady edits this one, and she knows Japanese and is really good with the nuances of the language. I'm glad that along with the good translator choice comes through. :-) We like this one and hope more people give it a chance.

@bookstorekitty Soon! We have it scheduled for November. :-)

I love this title so much, I continuously bounce back and forth between the Libre and SuBLime versions. I always look forward to how it's going to be translated because I know your translators do a good job. It's a title with text that has multiple meanings and the SuBLime staff handle it so well.
I love this title--it has men in suits, the supernatural, gay elements, and fantastic relationships that may or may not be healthy. I really look forward to your release of the third volume. Cheers!

@Sugar Welcome! And thanks! We're eagerly awaiting it as well. It's a great story, and I especially like the slightly creepy parts of it with the ghosts/spirits. Kinda of like X-Files. :-)

I signed up to this website for the sole purpose of saying how much I love this title and I'm eagerly awaiting the next volume!! I agree with a lot of reviewers here-- Tomoko Yamashita's stories are more "interesting about people (who happen to be gay)" than the confess-and-copulate traditional yaoi. Her characters are always honest, realistic, funny, and sad and even with the supernatural element in this work she still delivers believable human emotions.

I just picked this series up the other day, and I can't wait for more! The story is interesting, the characters are engaging, and the take on the supernatural is slightly different from anything I've seen before. The story line in this manga is so good in and of itself, the BL elements are just icing on the cake!

Hey, main character guy! Get yourself away from these creeps if you still can. :'(

Can't wait for the next volume! Love this series.

Good christ when is the next volume out?? I'm not exactly asking, I know it'll take ages, but this is absolutely amazing. Creepy, weirdly romantic, engaging - it's difficult to not just gush and praise it. Thank you Sublime, honest, for translating & licensing this.

Great story! I even find myself getting creeped out during the supernatural bits. Can't wait for more, I love the Hiyakawak/Mikado interaction.

@Idioteva "A mystery manga with spiritual fisting" is the *best* description of this.

I've been waiting for this volume ever since I saw it on the schedule, and it didn't disappoint! Thank you so much for licensing this. Now I suppose we'll have to wait a year or so for more.

*Spoilers* It's a bit frustrating to see Mikado being so passive when *multiple people* have told him that what Hiyakawa is doing is dangerous and invasive. At this point it's still more of a horror story with BL tease than a romance, but I'm 100% okay with that when the mysteries are this intriguing and the atmosphere this powerful.

  18. metalhou November 26, 2015 - 03:53 AM

I love love love this story! The plot is engaging, the characters intriguing (albeit, confusing at times to pin down their true motivations) and there's this air of mystery that strings it all together that keeps me coming back for more. As another reviewer mentioned, the romance part is still up in the air but that doesn't pull away from the central storyline here. I can't wait for next volume!!

  19. Idioteva November 25, 2015 - 11:01 AM

I'm planning on getting this as my Christmas gift to myself ^^ A mystery manga with spiritual fisting.

  20. ariuryl November 25, 2015 - 08:01 AM

I've been keeping a close watch on this series and the second volume is so good!
The romance is still up in the air, but there's so much mystery and sense of horror.... I can't wait for the next installment.
